HOW IT WORKS
1. Enroll in a Class
Join a puppy training class taught by an
AKC-approved Canine Good Citizen (CGC) evaluator
2. Complete the 6-Week Program
Attend at least 6 classes covering training, socialization, and responsible pet ownership.
3. Pass the S.T.A.R. Puppy Test
Your puppy will be evaluated on friendly behavior, basic skills, and your commitment as a responsible owner.
4. Celebrate Your Achievement
Receive your official AKC S.T.A.R. Puppy package with a medal, certificate, and listing in the AKC records.
